Lives in Slack. Drafts refunds, cancellations, and fulfillment for one-click approval, and answers merchant questions about orders, revenue, inventory, and fulfillment using the Admin surface. It also briefs you each morning on what needs attention.
Isolated by design
Each surface is a separate MCP connection with its own KMS-encrypted credentials, scoped to exactly what that agent needs.

Returns, exchanges, and inventory writes are not part of this release.
Signed-in order lookup
With Shopify Customer Account login, a shopper does not re-enter their email, order ID, or postal code. The agent reads their real orders through the Customer Account surface and answers on the spot.
Predictable billing on Shopify
Runs on Shopify Billing. Above your plan's fair-use ceiling, excess is billed at 2x the underlying model cost within your period cap -- and your widget keeps answering instead of being shut off. No opaque per-resolution credits.
Self-healing install
Install, reinstall, and scope-upgrade are all idempotent. On every embedded visit, Archet reconciles the storefront widget, backfills any missing privacy and order webhooks, and surfaces a one-click authorize banner when new scopes are needed -- so the integration stays correct without a support ticket. Our Shopify integration is approved for Protected Customer Data (Level 2).
